13. Personal vehicle versus rental vehicles?

Participants can use their own vehicle or rent a vehicle in Europe upon arrival. Again, speed is not the winning factor of this Event and precision/navigation is the key component. Some roads have unlimited speeds; however RACE has structured the Event so speed is not an element of winning. Most basic rental cars in Europe exceed 280 kilometers per hour (160 m/ph) prior to hitting a governor.
